ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED IN 5-7 WORKING DAYS

We use various shipping method (Airmail, Speedpost, SF Express, Fedex & UPS). We will select the most appropriate partner.
Duty and tax are the customer's responsibility since we do not pre-collect import duties and taxes at the time of your order (please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees).
Delivery charge includes shipping cost and handling fee.
Insurance is optional and we strongly recommend our customers to purchase coverage.
Not all our rods fit into our standard packaging, PVC 2 inch diameter and capped at 1.5m in length. Please contact us for shipping price as standard fixed rate shipping may not apply to your order.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will refund or exchange unopened and unused items within 7 days from the date your items were delivered. All items must be unused and new, with all packaging.
Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.
